We built the Bebilog app as a free app with in app purchase for advanced features. This SERVICE is provided by us and is intended for use as is.
By downloading, installing, or using Bebilog, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Bebilog grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Bebilog offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions and a lifetime purchase through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time in your Apple ID account settings.
All data you create in Bebilog is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. Bebilog is not liable for any data loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, or other causes.
Bebilog is a record-keeping tool and does not provide medical advice. Growth charts, feeding guidelines, and vaccine schedules included in the app are for informational reference only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions regarding your child.
Bebilog is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Continued use of Bebilog after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
